You are my sun and I am your moon.
You are my sky and I am your stars.
You are my grass and I am your rain.
You are my soil and I am your roses.
I want to open my heart and soul to you,
But I am afraid I will scare you if I do.
I may shock you and you may leave the room in silence.
But then again, I cannot say if that will happen or not.
We have the same desires in our hearts,
And we do not even know each other.
This is a couplet I wrote for my poetry anthology in creative writing.
Oh my God, I just love how this turned out! This has got to be like the best love poem ever written! This poem is based on my feelings towards someone I really like but don't know. ( I wish I knew him.)
